Dispute Conditions

At Krafity.com, we are committed to providing a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers. However, if a dispute arises, we have policies and procedures in place to ensure fair resolution for all parties.

1. Types of Disputes That Can Be Filed

Buyers can open a dispute for the following reasons:

  • Received the wrong item or an item that does not match the description.
  • Received a damaged or defective product due to shipping.
  • Did not receive the item within the specified time frame.
  • Issues with refunds or returns.

Sellers can open a dispute for the following reasons:

  • The buyer is requesting a refund without a valid reason.
  • The buyer fails to return the product as per the agreed conditions.

2. Dispute Resolution Process

2.1 Direct Communication (Within 7 Days)

  • Buyers and sellers should first try to resolve the issue directly through Krafity.com’s messaging system or other provided contact methods.
  • If both parties reach an agreement, they should proceed accordingly.

2.2 Opening a Dispute

  • If no resolution is reached within 7 days, the buyer can officially open a dispute through the Krafity.com dispute system.
  • The disputing party must provide supporting information, such as photos of the product, order details, tracking numbers, or chat records.

2.3 Investigation by Krafity.com

  • The Krafity.com team will review the provided evidence and make a decision within 7-14 business days.
  • Additional information may be requested from both parties for verification.

2.4 Resolution and Actions Taken

  • If the buyer is found to be correct, they may receive a full or partial refund.
  • If the seller is found to be correct, the refund or return request from the buyer may be denied.
  • In some cases, Krafity.com may offer a partial refund without requiring a return or propose a mutual settlement.

3. Additional Terms

  • Krafity.com’s decision is final in cases where no mutual agreement can be reached.
  • Sellers with frequent disputes may face temporary suspension or permanent account removal.
  • Any fraudulent activities or false claims will be subject to investigation and potential legal action.
