Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Digital downloads and perishable items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • Request a Return: Buyers must initiate a return request by contacting Krafity.com customer support or the seller directly within the return window.
  • Approval & Instructions: If the return is approved, the buyer will receive return shipping instructions.
  • Shipping the Item: The buyer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the item back using a trackable shipping service.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once the seller receives the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, the seller or Krafity.com will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the buyer changes their mind or orders the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error or damaged items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the buyer must provide clear photos within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Depending on the case, the buyer may be offered a replacement, repair, or full refund.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items but are subject to stock availability.
  • Buyers must follow the return process before receiving a replacement item.

7. Seller-Specific Return Policies

  • Some sellers may have their own return policies, which will be indicated on their product listings.
  • Buyers should review individual seller policies before purchasing.
